Technology Specialist Recruitment Consultant - Software Development Team I'm working with a client who is looking for a Helpdesk Team Lead to join their growing IT team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping teams organised, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll support the engineers, help maintain service quality, and make sure customers receive a consistently high level of support.
What they’re looking for:
Strong experience in IT support (MSP background, but not essential)
Solid technical knowledge across Windows environments, networks, hardware, and cloud services
Confidence in delivering both remote and on‑site support
A proactive mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
What the role involves:
Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues
Maintaining secure, reliable, and optimised systems
Visiting client sites when needed to provide hands‑on support
Contributing to long‑term IT planning and improvements
Ensuring a high standard of service and communication at all times
