*Requirements*
* Labor and employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome. Wage & hour and PAGA experience is also a plus.
* Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
* The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters (commensurate with level of experience), and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
* Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
