Overview
MINI Sales Executive role at Vines Limited. Join a dynamic, fast-paced team representing one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Hours
0830–1800, five days a week (Monday–Saturday). Salary
£25,250 OTE £46,350 plus a company car. Key Responsibilities
Ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how a MINI fits into their life and matching the right car and add-ons to suit them. Manage financing, contracts and the full customer journey to achieve total satisfaction. Maintain relationships with customers, including regular contact about products with a customer-focused mindset. Prospect new customers by telephone, email, and walk-ins. Maintain up-to-date records in the customer contact system and keep product knowledge current. Provide exceptional service to foster loyalty and referrals. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: At least 1 year of automotive sales experience with strong customer interaction and sales performance. Customer-Centric: Focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
