Behavioral Health Therapist- ACT-Full Time Status: full time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) We are hiring for a Therapist for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Specialized Treatment Services (STS) Teams. The ACT and STS Teams are a multi-disciplinary team of: case managers, therapists, providers, medical assistants, and nursing staff. Assertive Community Treatment program is to develop and provide high quality, community-focused behavioral health services to improve the everyday lives of those who may be living with serious and persistent mental illnesses or conditions. Provide action oriented brief therapy to clients starting services  Provide Evidence Based treatment for a range of mental health and substance use disorders Develop and monitor service plans, treatment progress, and maintains clinical documentation and other reporting data  Master’s degree in related field from accredited college or university  ~1 year of experience providing individual and group therapy  ~ Proficiency in using computers and telehealth systems • Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), or willingness to pursue a CAS or an LAC  ~ At times, personal vehicle may need to be used (mileage on personal vehicle use is reimbursed) Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) • CAS or LAC  ~ Bilingual/Bicultural At SummitStone Health Partners, we strive to foster trust, empower recovery, and inspire hope to strengthen and enrich our Northern Colorado community.  We need your help to make this vision a reality.    We actively seek team members with a variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and we honor the whole self—embracing differences in race, ethnicity, ability, age, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, socioeconomic status, language, and the many intersections of identity.
