About
The Responsibilities:
- Daily Route Management: Successfully achieve daily call routes to connect with retail partners and merchandise Muskoka Brewery products in the Ontario East territory which includes Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford & London regions. .
- Work with the manager on adjust route plans.
- Store Check and report: Complete the store check list and report to the Senior Territory Manager on out of stocks, report on quality, old stock rotations, and/or distribution issues. Report on competitive activity, display trends and changes by key partners accordingly.
- POS Programming: Set up and/or update pre-determined and approved POS at each respective store and banner. Ensure material is visible and brand strategy plan is achieved (pricing, displays, racks, special promotions) and government requirements are achieved.
- Product Check: Check shelves and back stock inventory levels, ensure product rotation, date codes, product quality and ensure compliance with pricing.
- Relationships: Build and support strong relationship Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
- Working collaboratively with the Territory Sales Representatives and Managers to provide top quality servicing of all applicable accounts within the designated region. Assist the TM where applicable.
- Track mileage daily and submit every Friday prior to payroll run.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Post-Secondary education in marketing, sales or Business-related degree
- 1 - 2 years merchandising or ambassador experience in CPG company
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, CRM and other database systems
- Time management: You have a proven record to work independently to manage time well and achieve the call routes planned
- Customer focused and Competitive: With the thrill of the sale, you are energized by developing excellent displays and experiences for the customer
- Critical Thinker: You have a keen eye and passion for in market trends, can determine appropriate and timely responses, and provide creative ideas to respond to changes out in the field
- Build Relationships: As a key point of contact with our partners, you act with confidence, respect, and accountability to ensure the strong development and maintenance of long-lasting business relationships
- Competitive: Experienced in a team-based environment and driven to win, you are energized by execution and take pride in delivering results
- Have a safety-first mindset especially as it relates to driving and lifting (cases of product).
- Must have your own vehicle
- You must maintain a provincial valid driver's license in good standing
- While this role will operate Monday – Friday, some weekend work may be required.
