Class 1 Driver

VDM Trucking is Hiring class one drivers to be based out of our Edmonton, Alberta office.

*Must have a Negative Drug and Alcohol test upon hire.

We pay very competitively and have great benefits starting after three months. We are hiring for full time, permanent drivers.

*VDM is not part of the foreign worker program. Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada, and present to do a road evaluation to be considered.

The following positions are available:

Class 1 Oilfield Drivers (Off road, , flat deck experience, CSO, H2S Alive and Standard First Aid are required)

Class 1 Winch/Bed Truck Drivers (Off road, CSO, H2S and Standard First Aid are required)

Class 1 Canada/USA/Short & Long-Haul Drivers (For the USA positions, Drivers must be able to go into the USA (have a valid Passport and Criminal Record check) Limited Positions

* Continuous Flat Deck Experience Required *

Requirements:

• Being able to operate 18 speed trucks (Manual transmissions).
• Minimum of 2-years Flat Deck Experience.
• Hauled pipe considered an extreme asset.
• Due to servicing Oilfield sites, must be clean shaved and have your tickets.
• Being able to work at least 1 weekend day.
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Off-Road experience required for Oilfield Drivers.

Pay: $70,000.00-$117,206.00 per year
