Volunteer Title: Student HR
Position Type: Volunteer at student society
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~5–10 hours per week
CCUBED is a nation-wide, student-led non-profit organization dedicated to creating a platform where students can learn, grow, and develop skills that will help them succeed in their careers. We organize tech-related events and panel discussions to provide students with valuable industry insights and professional exposure, while trying to provide all our staff with real life work experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews.
* Coordinate interview rounds with the respective department heads.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding candidate selection.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Human Resources, or related).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Passion for student engagement and building a strong community.
