Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages with precision and care.
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling areas.
• Manage cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in food preparation and serving when needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the company's commitment to respectful and dignified service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills for order processing.
• Previous experience in food handling and food preparation is preferred.
