Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through telemarketing, networking, and market research
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products and services effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals aligned with client needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth
- Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities
- Assist in developing strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information clearly
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
