Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Property Operations, the Regional Property Manager will oversee a diverse Ontario portfolio comprising approximately six assets across Toronto, Southwestern Ontario, and the Niagara region. This is a prominent leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, leading and developing property management teams, and acting as Greystar's primary representative to institutional clients. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring regular site presence, confident client engagement, and sound judgment across financial, operational, and people-related decisions. While Greystar offers a flexible working model, success in this role is built on presence, credibility, and trust at the asset and client level.
What Sets You Apart
You bring deep experience in residential property management within Ontario and a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord and Tenant Board processes. You have operated in a regional or multi-site capacity. You are known as a people-first leader who builds strong teams, retains talent, and navigates complexity with discretion and emotional intelligence. You are comfortable representing an institutional brand in client meetings, confident in making decisions independently, and pragmatic enough to operate effectively within a growing platform where systems and processes continue to evolve. Above all, you bring maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy.
