About
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our facility in Provo, Utah. This role is critical to the efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse and distribution center, forming a key component of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and support various warehouse functions. A strong emphasis on Safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to all regulations is required. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and unstack materials.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Transport inventory to and from designated warehouse areas.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring clear pathways.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse Safety standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and heavy Lifting as required.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse material handling processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in operation.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
