As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments from trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and place incoming inventory on shelves or designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
