Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Provo, Utah! This position is key to our fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as we prepare orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and correctness before packing.
- Securely pack items into appropriate shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately for distribution.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all established safety protocols and guidelines, including the consistent use of PPE.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse technology as required.
- Assist with inventory management duties as directed.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve collective goals in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
The ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods is necessary. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. A strong emphasis on safety and adherence to all logistics procedures is crucial. Previous experience in a picking or packing role is beneficial but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are highly valued. Reliability and a positive attitude are key. We require all employees to understand and utilize PPE correctly.
