Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Austin, Texas! We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to help us efficiently process and ship orders to our valued customers. This role is crucial to our logistics operations and requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center, ensuring that every order is picked, packed, and shipped on time and to specification.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to detailed instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Handle products with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the fulfillment process.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus, but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, is essential. A strong understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to workplace safety are mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Familiarity with logistics processes is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company. A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
