About
We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will also be involved in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that all materials are handled properly and stored in designated locations. This position is critical to our warehouse operations and requires a strong understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory flow. Your primary focus will be on maintaining productivity while upholding the highest standards of Safety . This includes mandatory use of PPE and strict adherence to all operational procedures. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload pallets and other materials from trailers and inbound/outbound trucks.
- Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
- Accurately stack and store merchandise in appropriate locations.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of OSHA and workplace Safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to wear required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
