About
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will also be involved in stock rotation, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and ensuring all items are properly stored. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Attention to safety protocols is paramount. You will be trained on proper Lifting techniques and the correct use of all required PPE . Understanding the flow of goods within our Logistics network is key to success. Adherence to all Safety regulations will be strictly enforced to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
