Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our busy operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and involves a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Safety is a top priority; all associates are required to wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to handle tasks requiring Lifting, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with forklift operation is a plus, but not required for this general associate position. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to PPE requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
