As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to shipping and receiving. Your accuracy and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all team members are trained on and utilize the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to create a secure working environment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, can work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and has a positive attitude. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about the intricacies of logistics and contribute to a company that values its employees. You will be involved in handling a variety of products, ensuring correct item selection, and preparing orders for timely delivery. Your commitment to quality and safety will be highly valued. The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct items are selected.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including applying labels and securing contents.
- Receive and process incoming inventory and shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Support overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
