We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and organization. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Lift and move products up to 50 lbs regularly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
