About
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, playing a key part in our overall logistics operations. Your duties will include preparing shipping documents, verifying order accuracy, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring all packages are properly labeled and dispatched. Maintaining an organized shipping area and adhering to strict Safety protocols are essential components of this position. You will be responsible for communicating with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a methodical approach, and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy. While this role is primarily administrative, it involves some physical tasks such as occasional Lifting of packages up to 25 lbs. You must be proficient in using computer systems for tracking and documentation, and a familiarity with shipping software is a definite plus. We require all employees to use appropriate PPE when handling materials or working in designated areas. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documents accurately.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a shipping or administrative role.

- Ability to perform light Lifting (up to 25 lbs).
