- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order contents against customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate manual lifting devices and equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
