Seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist in Seattle, Washington! This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory within our logistics operations. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing improvements to inventory management processes. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the correct use of PPE is essential. This position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on put-away and picking accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Support logistics planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting as needed.
- Commitment to Safety and the use of PPE.
