Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in its designated location within the warehouse.
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders and shipping manifests.
- Package items securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Load finished shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Always wear and correctly use all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle frequent Lifting, carrying, and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks including substantial Lifting, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Excellent organizational and timekeeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE protocols is mandatory.
