Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, prioritizing Safety.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety standards and proper use of PPE.
