Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a key role within our logistics department, responsible for the efficient handling and movement of goods through our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a range of essential tasks including receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We are deeply committed to a safe work environment, and all employees must follow established safety guidelines and wear the designated PPE at all times.   • Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping.
  • Stage completed orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control tasks and cycle counts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (up to 45 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
