- Full-time, Mid‑Senior level.
Overview You will be responsible for guiding a development team, supporting their growth, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, leveraging hands‑on technical expertise. You will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to keep priorities aligned and expectations clear.
Responsibilities
Managing a team of internal and external developers.
Providing technical expertise in Azure cloud, C#, .NET, and ReactJS.
Understanding and applying Azure DevOps and Terraform.
Deploying and managing multiple integrated systems.
Managing web and database components of multiple applications.
Reviewing code from other developers and ensuring code quality.
Defining and implementing Azure data protection features.
Collaborating closely with Automation and Manual Test teams.
Assessing and ensuring application architecture suitability within the Azure estate.
Communicating with and managing infrastructure partner teams.
Defining best methods for deploying and maintaining applications and infrastructure.
Ensuring application size, performance, and uptime while upholding strict code quality criteria.
Qualifications
Appetite for continuous technology innovation and evaluating new opportunities.
Experience working in the UK Financial Services Industry, ideally Life and Pensions.
Proven technical leadership on complex integration projects.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Positive, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented approach.
Strong ability to multi‑task, adapt, and handle interruptions.
