IT Account Manager — Birmingham

£35,000–£40,000 Basic + Generous Commission Scheme

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid / Office-Based)

The Opportunity

This is more than just a sales role. As an IT Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term client relationships while driving business growth across a diverse portfolio of IT solutions—including hardware, software, cloud technologies, and managed services.

Your Mission

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing clients

  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels

  • Work closely with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an IT Reseller/MSP environment

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services

  • A consultative, client-focused sales style

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Driven, motivated, and looking to progress in a thriving sector
