The Opportunity This isn’t just a job; it’s your chance to lead, help shape a fast‑growing team, and kickstart your career from day one. You’ll own results, support field operations, and help build a team of high‑performing Brand Ambassadors. Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again. You’ll drive thousands of customer acquisitions, run hundreds of events, and play a key role in a company doubling revenue year after year. This role operates Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off; you’ll play a lead role in managing events across the weekend, ensuring Brand Ambassadors have the support they need when they need it most.
We’re offering a competitive salary with performance‑based bonuses (£30k‑£40k basic, £70k‑80k OTE). Please include a short cover letter with your CV—applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
Who We’re Looking For
Have led a project, team, or initiative with measurable results
Hungry to grow fast in a high‑performance environment
Can lead by example and motivate others in the field
Use data and insights to drive results and hold yourself accountable
Based in the South of England, ideally London / Reading (or within 1 hour), ready to be on the ground
Hold a full, valid UK driving licence

Start‑up, side‑hustle, or entrepreneurial experience
Captaining / managing high‑level competitive sport teams
Proven ability to deliver under pressure
Deal Breakers
Cannot work weekends (Friday‑Tuesday schedule)
No history of delivering results or leadership
No valid UK driving licence
Don’t own your own vehicle / have full access to one throughout the working week

What You’ll Do
Support recruiting, training, and coaching Brand Ambassadors
Lead by example on field events and sales activities
Track, analyse, and optimise team performance
Motivate the team and maintain accountability
Collaborate with leadership to grow the business
What You Bring

Degree‑educated (preferred) and tech‑savvy
Evidence of leadership or entrepreneurial initiative
Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Excellent communicator
Flexible for weekends and travel across London
Full, valid UK driving licence
