We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join Envantage’s growing marketing function. This is a new position, working closely with our Marketing and Business Managers to deliver high-quality B2B content, campaigns, and sales support across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving consultancy environment, understands how B2B audiences think, and can take ownership of their workload with confidence. This role is varied and requires strong attention to detail, strong organisation, good communication skills, and a willingness to work closely with colleagues across all departments. Role:

Sales and Marketing Manager / Business Manager Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and keep projects on track Assist in planning and delivering B2B email campaigns Produce long-form articles for the Envantage website, focusing on energy market developments, policy changes, and industry updates Write short-form LinkedIn posts for both company and partner activity Develop promotional content for webinars, including event pages, email copy, and LinkedIn announcements Upload and format website content, following SEO best practice Work closely with the sales, consulting, and procurement teams to gather insights and stay aligned with industry movements Maintain strong communication with our partner network, producing regular updates and shared content Support the sales team with well‑designed, accurate documents including case studies, proposal content, and presentations Keep marketing materials up to date and maintain brand consistency across all communications Conduct marketing research into new routes to market, competitor activity, and data acquisition Track and report on marketing activity performance and sales leads Maintain and update CRM databases and client contact lists Experience in B2B marketing Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail Strong writing ability across long‑form and short‑form content Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, and MailChimp Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks end to end Ability to translate complex topics into clear, professional content Experience or interest in the energy and carbon sector Understanding of UK energy policy and compliance schemes, including: Climate Change Agreements (CCA) Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) Broader carbon compliance and energy procurement processes Please Note – What This Role Is Not
