DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH BUILDERS MERCHANTS OR WITHIN THE UTILITIES/ CIVILS SECTOR? Sales administrator required for a well established manufacturer who pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality. This is a brand new role due to significant growth in this department of the business. The role would suit candidates from ANY sales administration background. Candidates who have experience working within a fast paced manufacturing industry will have a considerable advantage. Sales administrators with experience dealing with builders merchants or civils merchants in their day to day role are encouraged to apply. If you have a background in the utilities sector, that would be advantageous but not essential. The successful administrator will be confident with all Microsoft office packages. Joining the Utilities Sales Team, this is a varied and fast paced role. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for liaising with the external sales team and preparing/sending quotations and tenders on their behalf. You will be a point of contact for customers and efficiently deal with any queries as well as providing updates on orders and deliveries/lead times. You will be responsible for updating internal systems and make sure all paperwork is accurately recorded. As part of your role, you will provide holiday cover for other internal sales team colleagues.
