Global SAP PP Consultant (m/f/d) 100 - 100%

As a key member of the SAP Team, you will be responsible for managing activities related to the SAP PP (Production Planning) module and delivering high-quality solutions. In addition, you will lead global SAP PP implementation projects, optimize production processes, and provide solutions aligned with business objectives. You will also be part of cross-functional teams that integrate SAP PP with the other modules like MM, SD, and QM.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the SAP PP module, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions to improve production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Configure and customize SAP PP to align with business processes and objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP PP module
• Conduct system testing and ensure data accuracy across production-related modules
• Develop and maintain user training materials, providing training sessions for key and end users
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and industry best practices
• Provide ongoing enhancements and system optimizations based on evolving business needs
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and guide the organization on adopting new features to enhance production efficiency
• Develop project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or comparable
• Experience as SAP Consultant in SAP PP module (MM and/or WM would be an advantage)
• Good experience in requirements designing and customizing the modules
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is desired
• Experience in process harmonization, end to end processes, and best practices
• A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and confident demeanor
• Fluency in English, good German knowledge would be a plus
• Ability to travel up to 20 %
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or an EU citizenship
