Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Richmond, Virginia. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our warehouse, managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and accurately documenting all incoming and outgoing materials. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, storing inventory appropriately, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and loading outbound trucks. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations is beneficial. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant lifting and moving of products throughout the workday. Safety is our utmost priority; you must adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe material handling techniques. Attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
