Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team at a busy facility in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential for success in this fast-paced environment. You will contribute directly to the productivity and smooth functioning of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
  • Pick items accurately for customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and staging.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all standards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and handling of materials.
  • Wear all required PPE at all times to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and procedures.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines diligently.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
