Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify inventory, and stock shelves accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move products efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all assigned PPE.
- Conduct quality control checks on orders before shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and support inventory management processes.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
