Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Place inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation and organization.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with Safety policies.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
  • Capability for regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory control.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overtime when necessary.
