Responsibilities:
- Efficiently unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Place inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with Safety policies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Capability for regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory control.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overtime when necessary.
