Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts, physical inventory).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Enter and update inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or WMS.
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Knowledge of logistics operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
