Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced logistics operation in Seattle, Washington as a Warehouse Associate. We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficiency of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. A commitment to safety and efficiency is paramount. This position requires the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and a willingness to learn new processes. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations and offers a chance to grow within the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and distribute company products.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Perform tasks involving significant lifting and physical exertion.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
