Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and retrieve products based on pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate necessary equipment, such as box cutters and tape guns.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and move for entire shift.
- Capacity for lifting and carrying items up to 45 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
