Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily goals.
- Support various logistics functions as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform frequent manual lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
