Hours and Salary Hours: 08:30 – 18:00, 5 days a week over Monday – Saturday period.
Salary: £25,250 OTE, £46,350 and a company car.
Key Responsibilities You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add‑ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.
Managing relationships with customers, maintaining a customer‑focused mindset.
Prospecting new customers by telephone, email contacts and walk‑ins.
Maintaining the customer contact system with up‑to‑date records.
Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to loyalty and referrals.
Operating the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience
– At least 1 year’s automotive sales experience, demonstrating strong customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales performance.
