Hybrid – 3 days in Manchester | £80K–£90K This is a pivotal technical leadership role where you’ll shape the Azure data platform, own data architecture, and lead a small team to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions that directly power business decisions. You’ll work across departments in the organisation, giving you real visibility and influence across the organisation. ⭐ What You’ll Do
Lead the design, build and optimisation of Azure data platforms Own data architecture, modelling and best practices Build and enhance ETL / ELT pipelines, data lakes & warehousing solutions Mentor data engineers & drive engineering standards Work closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into data products ⭐ Tech Stack
Azure (Fabric, Synapse, ADF, Databricks), SQL Server, T-SQL, Data Modelling, Power BI, Cosmos DB, MySQL, Azure DevOps, ETL / ELT. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with ownership, autonomy, and modern tooling , shaping the future of data at a business that truly values it.
