About
Responsibilities
Lead viability analysis for projects of all sizes and support larger, complex projects delivered by strategic partners.
Coach and set priorities for other Business Analysts, define the overall approach for the team, and provide assurance over analysis deliverables.
Work with the business and strategic partners to analyse business problems and identify opportunities based on desired outcomes.
Define and agree solution design for projects and ensure robust design governance framework is followed.
Provide oversight and assurance of analysis and solution design activity delivered by strategic partners.
Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods, measure and evaluate outcomes, and help the team decide the best approach.
Analyse current product services and processes, identify opportunities to optimise, and use gap analysis techniques.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to define outcomes and solutions.
Investigate problems and analyse options for new and existing products and services.
Recommend solutions, work with stakeholders to identify objectives and potential benefits.
Leading other Business Analysts and managing multiple deliverables across a portfolio of activity.
Experience in fast-paced, challenging environments using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Significant experience of successful delivery throughout the full project life-cycle across a broad spectrum of project types.
Ability to resolve ambiguity where stakeholder priorities are unclear or in conflict.
Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to gather requirements and maintain business needs.
Experience and knowledge of Financial Services products and practices.
Experience overseeing third-party partners and providers.
Relevant professional qualifications.
