The Technology Business Analyst role sits within the Technology department which is responsible for delivering technology capability within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties.
As a Technology Business Analyst you would work with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyse, and deliver technology-enabled solutions that support service improvements and organisational goals.
The role of Technology Business Analyst will include:
Partner with internal and external customers to document user and customer requirements using a range of user and customer research methods that enable the implementation of effective change and the realisation of improved or transformed customer/user outcomes
Deliver and support the production of requirements (functional and non-functional, including CX/UX), business process mapping and modelling and general technology related consultancy requiring analytical support
Support Technology testers and operations teams in their testing and preparation for adopting a solution prior to its deployment and during transition into service
Manage relationships, communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensure they are dealt with appropriately, escalating issues where appropriate
Skills and experiences:
Proven experience in Business Analysis or a related discipline
Proven experience of producing quality business documentation / artefacts (BRD / BPM)
Proven experience of business requirements definition (functional, non-functional and CX/UX), leading to technology implementation
Strong communication, (written and verbal), and relationship building skills
Advanced Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Visio

Role salary is £37,414 with an additional policy allowance of £2,244 per annum (rising to £39,383 with an additional policy allowance of £2,363 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
