Product Design Manager Tesco Media What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire
– Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (Product Designers, Content Designer, Design System Designers) across multiple workstreams. Drive Design Strategy
– Partner with Product Engineering and Commercial teams to define the design roadmap for our self‑serve B2B platform. Deliver Impact
– Ensure design solutions meet business objectives while delighting users, balancing usability, scalability and innovation. Stakeholder Alignment
– Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy‑in, align priorities and communicate design decisions effectively. Champion Design Ops
– Implement processes and tools that enable efficient high‑quality design delivery across teams. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading product design teams in complex digital environments. Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design leadership for B2B or SaaS platforms. Expertise in user‑centred design, design systems and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agile environment.
