Sales Support Advisor Worthing, West Sussex Full time, Permanent £25,500 per year plus uncapped commission structure Responsibilities
Managing inbound sales enquiries from customers across B2B, B2C and our Strategic Partners via multiple channels (email, telephone, direct mail, live chat, etc.) and identifying opportunities to personalise our products. Making outbound calls to previous B2C customers via an automated dialler, encouraging them to utilise our services. Making outbound calls to previous B2B customers via an automated dialler, encouraging them to utilise their employee benefit. Making outbound calls to previous B2C customers to offer the opportunity to sign up for our subscription service. Taking accountability and achieving all required customer interaction SLAs. Taking accountability and achieving all current sales KPIs. Open to coaching, feedback and sales skills training. Achieving an industry standard of Quality Assurance score of 95%. Full time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week Hours include days between Monday and Sunday Monday to Friday, 7am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 5.30pm Weekends are rotational (2 out of 6) Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office Requirements
