Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
Provide detailed information about our diverse range of kitchenware.
Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Engage with customers to promote special offers and new products.
Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Passionate about cooking and knowledgeable about kitchenware.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Motivated to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods.
