Are you ready to lead with confidence and compassion? As a Charge Nurse in our operating room at Rust Medical Center. In this role you’ll be a vital part of our leadership team—working alongside the Nursing Director, RN Manager, and RN Assistant Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll:
Guide and support your team during each shift, ensuring exceptional patient care and safety.
Coordinate patient flow and maintain quality processes for an outstanding care experience.
Champion excellence by promoting best practices and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Step in to provide direct patient care when needed—because you lead by example.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
ACLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
PALS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
At least 1 year of OR Experience Preferred
