About the Role:

• Assist with food production and preparation for various venues.
• Ensure all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, and stored.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and preparation.
• Document waste and spoilage to optimize inventory management.
• Follow recipes and measuring devices accurately to ensure consistent results.
• Help customers understand the value of our products and how they differ from conventional stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare an adequate number of recipes per shift based on batch size.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
3. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
