Evening Line Cook (PM)
Evening Line Cooks who can execute dinner service with consistency, speed, and precision in a quality-driven, fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
Execute dinner service with accuracy and efficiency
Daily preparation and maintenance of mise-en-place
Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes precisely
Interest in fish butchery and cookery encouraged
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Communicate clearly and assist teammates as needed
Requirements
Line cook experience preferred
Florida Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry 30+ lbs
Full-time availability, including nights and weekends
Daytime Prep Cook (AM)
Detail-oriented Prep Cooks who understand that strong prep is the foundation of great service.
Responsibilities
Daily production of required savory and pastry mise-en-place
Follow prep lists and recipes accurately
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations
Proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients
Support line cooks and chefs as needed
Requirements
Kitchen experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
Florida Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry 30+ lbs
Daytime availability, including weekends
Evening Porter (PM)
Reliable, hardworking porters who help keep the kitchen operating smoothly during dinner service.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish, and service areas during service
Support cooks with cleaning, restocking, and organization
Proper handling of dishware, equipment, trash, and recycling
Assist with end-of-night breakdown and reset
Requirements
Porter or dish experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry 30+ lbs
Evening, night, and weekend availability
Daytime Porter (AM)
Daytime Porters who help set the kitchen up for success through cleanliness, organization, and consistency.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, storage, and dish stations
Assist with deliveries and restocking
Support prep cooks and chefs as needed
Uphold sanitation standards throughout the day
Requirements
Porter or dish experience helpful but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry 30+ lbs
Daytime availability, including weekends
