We are recruiting an experienced Mobile Hose Engineer in Worcester, Worcestershire, United Kingdom to grow the business in this area.
Role: Mobile Hydraulic Hose Engineer (Worcester) Daily duties will mainly include attending sites, replacing hoses and hydraulic components for our clients, liaising with existing customers, reporting job processes through the company mobile app, and updating orders. The role also involves developing the business with existing and new customers. Basic hours of work are 8 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (42.5 hours a week). As the Mobile Hydraulic Hose Engineer you will be expected to be part of an on-call rota (usually one week a month) which will require work onsite at nights and weekends if needed. This will be rewarded by on-call retainer, overtime pay + commission for being on a call-out.
Responsibilities
Attend client sites and replace hoses and hydraulic components.
liaise with existing customers and report job processes through the company mobile app.
update orders and develop new and existing customer relationships.

Qualifications
hard‑working and reliable, able to work unsupervised and be customer‑focused.
previous experience working in the Hose Replacement Industry or as a Forklift/Plant fitter, HGV fitter, Agricultural Fitter or similar mechanical role.
confident dealing with new and existing customers; ability to canvass potential new customers.
hold a manual UK Driving Licence, ideally with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 3 penalty points.

Starting basic salary of £28,500 - £34,000 and the potential to earn much more through overtime & uncapped commissions structure.
